Cheshire Rail Trail plus Summit Winery: Canceled
May 30th, 10:00 AM (Arrival: 9:00–9:40 AM)
Meeting Point: The very south end of the Elm City Brewery parking lot (42.93116, -72.28677)

The ride will begin in the rear parking lot of the CVS at the corner of Island Street and West Street, and will follow the Cheshire Rail Trail north through West Keene, Surry, Westmoreland, and briefly into Walpole. Along the way, riders will pass through the Keene Country Club, travel through seven granite cuts, including the longest in the state, and enjoy views of Vermont’s Green Mountains.
On the return trip, the group will stop at Summit Winery, where the owner, Daren, will greet us and offer a tasting. The ride will finish back at CVS, where we can relax and share stories. Fritz’s Restaurant will be open and has a good menu.
The route is generally at railroad grade, except for two short bypass sections that include small hills. This ride is partially accessible to those with adaptive bikes/trikes. The ride takes about 4 hours and is 27 miles roundtrip.

Scenic Ride Alongside the Atlantic Coastline

Meeting Point: Peirce Island, Four Tree Island Parking, first lot to the left, after the bridge

We ride through some smaller island villages alongside the coast to Rye State Park and back.
The ride is all paved, no hills. This ride is not suitable for those with adaptive bikes/trikes. The ride takes about 3 hours and is 22 miles roundtrip.
Northern Rail Trail Ride with Joe – June Version
June 27th, 10 AM
Meeting Point: Potter Place Park & Ride, Andover, NH, off Rt. 11/4 at the northern end of Depot Street (When exiting Rt. 11, bear right at the bottom of the ramp towards the Park & Ride lot, not left towards the historic depot.)

Roundtrip ride from Potter Place Park & Ride to the Danbury Country Store for lunch.
This ride is fully accessible to those with adaptive bikes/trikes. The ride takes about 4 hours and is 14 miles roundtrip.
New Boston Ride

Ride all rail trail: 4miles NBRT along the Piscataquag River, 5 miles Goffstown Rail Trail along Glenn Lake, through the former NH Women’s Prison, and the site of the old pauper’s cemetery, turning around at Trestle Bridge, Kelly Street.
This ride is partially accessible to those with adaptive bikes/trikes. The ride takes about 3 hours and is 22 miles round-trip.
Northern Rail Trail Ride with Joe – August Version

Meeting Point: The parking lot at the Grafton Center Meetinghouse, located at 860 Main Street (Route 4) in Grafton, New Hampshire 03240. (We will gather at the trailside kiosk between the kiosk and the large parking lot.)

This is a 25-mile round-trip ride on the Northern Rail Trail from the historic Grafton Center Meetinghouse to Enfield for lunch.
