Become a Certified LAB Cycling Instructor

Experienced Cyclists Wanted!

Become a League Cycling Instructor, (LCI) through the League of American Bicyclists, (LAB) in 2007! This is the highest certification you can achieve in on-road cycling in the US.

Do you have the right stuff to become an LCI? What is needed besides at least a few years of regular cycling is a good attitude, an open mind, and a willingness to learn more about a fun & healthy activity. The Seminar will include much knowledge about how to stay safe while cycling for leisure, commuting, health, fun and utility. Many different road situations will be covered in class and on-bike. Even the most experienced cyclists taking this Seminar have said that it was worth giving up a weekend to participate and become an LCI.

Please contact Charley LaFlamme, Regional Trainer for LAB at chazbikeed@maine.rr.com for more info.

Note: Before contacting Charley, please check out the qualifications to become an LCI on the League of American Wheemen's web site www.bikeleague.org. A summary of the requirements, cost, time involved, etc. has been compiled and can be viewed here.
